I love your stuff and I want to be a model - how do I do that?
  • We’re thrilled that you want to model our clothes! Right now, Aéropostale exclusively accepts submissions and inquiries regarding modeling directly through modeling agencies. We do not do any direct hiring for our models. We do want to wish you luck with your modeling aspirations.
I think your clothes would sell really well at my store. How do I go about setting that up?
  • Thanks for the compliment. We take pride in our Aéropostale® brand and our customers by designing, sourcing, marketing and selling our own merchandise. As a result, we do not authorize the resale of Aéropostale® merchandise.
Aéropostale looks like an awesome place to work. How do I apply for a job?
  • We think so! To apply for a Sales-Associate position, please visit your local store directly to pick up an application and speak with a manager about available opportunities. I am doing research for school. Where can I send a letter or how can I get more info about Aéropostale?
  • Good for you! We encourage you to always learn as much as you can. Due to the high number of requests, we are unable to respond to individual questions about our company. I am having a charitable event. Would Aéropostale sponsor it or provide us with a donation?
  • We appreciate that you thought of us! While we unfortunately can’t support or respond to every request that comes our way, our corporate office will carefully take all requests into consideration. To submit your request, please send correspondence to [email protected] Please allow at least 3 weeks in order for us to review your submission and be sure to put the request on letterhead. You will need to include all the information about the program and the type of donation you are requesting. We wish you great success with your event.
I am looking for a particular item/style/color/size. How can I find out what store has what I want?
  • We are happy to offer the ability to “Buy Online-Pickup In Store”. You can view availability for in store pickup once you select the color and size of the item in which you are interested. More info about this can be found by Clicking Here

  • We know everyone loves a good promotion! Our stores change promotions frequently. Visiting your local store is the best way to find out what kind of deals are going on.
